A Short Bit About Casey Wylie
Casey Wylie
Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern, MS

My name is Casey Wylie and I am a Registered Mental Health Intern. I recognize that reaching out for counseling can be an intimidating jump and I hope to provide a safe and judgement-free space to process when you land.
I am from Jacksonville, Florida, and I received my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 2016 from the University of North Florida. After I completed my undergraduate degree, I found my passion for counseling and went on to complete my Masters of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Florida in 2018.
I specialize in working with children, teens, and families. I have an extensive background in crisis intervention and inpatient care. Through my work in crisis stabilization I have discovered a drive to help individuals and families throughout varying periods of their lives. I have experience working with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, and trauma. I have also attended additional LGBT+ competency training. Within my counseling I have utilized research and evidence based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive behavioral therapy, behavior modification, and solution focused therapy.
I look forward to exploring if your journey aligns with my therapeutic approach to achieve balance, self-empowerment, and growth.
